• The careful selection of raw materials: one leg in five becomes Rovagnati Reserve;
• The use of Italian salt, particularly suitable for its grain, to cure the prosciutto;

The products of the Rovagnati Reserve line all come from the various regions regulated by the control bodies of the Province of Parma, the Region of Tuscany and the municipality of San Daniele del Friuli.
