Lean Italian GranCotto has a very high percentage of meat, equal to 80%, with an average fat content of 2%. The product acquires its characteristic tender texture and delicious flavour thanks to slow steaming. Available in 100g and 80g sizes.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and preservative-free.
