Made from the best pork legs (only 1 in 4 “make the cut”), carefully deboned by hand without cutting the meat. Seasoned with a secret blend of flavours and spices and massaged for up to 72 hours, our Gran Biscotto is slowly steamed for 12 hours and then rested for up to 4 weeks. The result is an extraordinary ham with a unique flavour, aroma and texture.
