* The reference value for the fat content of Rovagnati's I Firmati range of matured prosciutto crudo is 16 per cent. The fat content of GranCrudo Snello is, on average, 5.8 per cent. This corresponds to a difference of approximately 60 per cent.
To better enjoy Rovagnati sliced products in trays such as GranCrudo Snello, it is recommended to open the package 10 minutes before consuming.
