Our Snello GranCrudo prosciutto is prepared by selecting pork legs that, after final maturation in the cellar, are boned and processed, resulting in a prosciutto with 60% less fat than the traditional recipe*.  Gluten-free, dairy-free, and nitrite-free.

The Snello free service line offers a wide range of quality charcuterie just as good as traditional cured meat but leaner and lighter, prepacked in convenient sealed trays in a controlled atmosphere.

* The reference value for the fat content of Rovagnati prosciutto from the I Firmati line is 16%. The fat content of Snello GranCrudo is on average 5.8%. This corresponds to a difference of about 60%.

To better enjoy Rovagnati sliced products in trays such as GranCrudo, it is recommended to open the package 10 minutes before consuming.
