Our Lean GranCrudo Nostrano is prepared by selecting only young pork legs. After cellar aging, the product is boned and processed, resulting in a prosciutto with 60% less fat than the traditional recipe. Qualified seasoning masters periodically monitor the consistency, aroma and degree of seasoning of each GranCrudo. Available in 70g size.
The Snello free service line offers a wide range of quality charcuterie just as good as traditional cured meat but leaner and lighter, prepacked in convenient sealed trays in a controlled atmosphere.
All free of gluten and milk derivate.
