24-month Prosciutto Crudo
A milestone in our gourmet culinary tradition, made with exclusively Italian meat according to traditional Italian charcuterie methods, with only three ingredients: leg of pork, salt, and the wind that blows from the incomparable hills of Parma. These three together allow for an aromatic seasoning with floral notes and hints of nuts and spices.
