Snello Mortadella is made from the leanest cuts of pork leg. Each part of the leg is trimmed by hand to remove every trace of fat. Flavoured with an exclusive blend of spices and aromatic herbs, it is enriched with pistachio nut and cooked slowly in traditional brick ovens to guarantee a unique taste and fragrance.
