The Rovagnati 25% Less Salt line is a selection of classic Italian products made exclusively with meats carefully processed according to traditional methods. This product line offers the same high quality as always, now with reduced salt content.

* The average salt content (NaCl) in traditional mortadella (in particular, Bologna Mortadella PGI) is 2.4%, equivalent to a sodium (Na) content of 960mg. The average salt content of the mortadella in the Rovagnati 25% Less Salt product range is 1.5%, ensuring compliance with the reduction in salt content required by EC Regulation 1924/2006.
