GranSalame Snello is made with exclusively Italian meat in an innovative no nitrites recipe, with denser texture that allows for larger and thinner slices. The revamped production process has reduced fat content from -55% to -60%. Available in 80g package.
The Snello free service line offers a wide range of quality charcuterie just as good as traditional cured meat but leaner and lighter, prepacked in convenient sealed trays in a controlled atmosphere. All free of gluten and milk derivate.
