Artisanal production meets one of the finest cuts of Italian pork for our domestic Borgo Rovagnati salami, made strictly according to traditional methods to showcase all the exceptional qualities of its ingredients.
Its natural casing, rich in fat, favors a long and slow curing process that brings intense and fragrant aromatic notes to the final product. Unlike other varieties of salami, it is made without pork shoulder, using instead an exceptionally fine lean cut. Gluten free.
Borgo Rovagnati guarantees great care, artisanship and passion. The animals are fed strictly controlled, high quality food.
