A mini salami with a distinctive and unique taste. Made exclusively with Italian meat following the traditional methods of Italian charcuterie. The production process is unique: careful selection of the finest cuts of pork, which are then preserved and cured in exclusively natural casings with flavourings and spices to bring out the high quality of the meat. 100% Umbrian truffles add a bold aroma and gourmet flavour.
