Salame Ungherese – Hungarian-style salami

Hungarian Salami is characterised by its fine grain and distinctively smoky aroma and flavour. When cut, the slices of salami are bright red finely speckled with white. Its bold and instantly recognisable flavour comes from the use of sweet paprika.
