A traditional Italian salami that originally comes, as its name suggests, from the Milan area. In a classic elongated shape with a fine grain. Notable for its fine and compact grind and bright red colour, and is traditionally meant to be sliced thinly. It has a sweet and delicate taste that makes it unique and recognizable. Gluten free.
