Salame Nostrano – homestyle Italian salami

This is the best-loved and most classic homestyle Italian salami. It is characterized by a regular cylindrical shape and a balanced yet rich flavour. Made from pork shoulder and lean bacon trimmings with a coarse grain. 
The flavour is intense and spicy. Gluten free.
