Savor the robust, savory taste of salame infused with the luxurious essence of fresh truffles. Perfect for adding a gourmet touch to salumi plates or as a standout ingredient in artisanal sandwiches or panini.
Salame is made only from premium cuts of pork, the shoulder and back fat, enriched with cubes of truffle. The product is cured for about a month so that the truffle releases its characteristic aromatic note combined with black pepper and fresh garlic.
Use a slicing machine to best cut the product. After slicing, clean the slicer thoroughly to remove any truffle residue that may transfer to other products.
