Mortadella with Bronte Green Pistachios

Traditional Mortadella with Bronte DOP Green Pistachios is made from carefully selected Italian pork cuts, cooked slowly in traditional brick ovens. When cut, the mortadella has an intense pink colour that contrasts with the green of the shelled, husked Bronte DOP pistachios.
The Affettati Rovagnati line is a selection of Italian specialities made only from traditionally processed meats.
