Napoli Salami

Salame Napoli is distinguished when cut by the contrast between the two mixtures: lean meat, brick-red in colour, and fat, snow-white in colour. A salami characterised by its cylindrical and elongated shape, it has a sweet and characteristic smoky flavour on the palate.
