Slowly smoked with a unique blend of carefully selected woods, berries, juniper, pepper and natural aromas, according to a traditional method from Trentino. Borgo Rovagnati speck is produced by hand using Italian pork legs and slowly cured to guarantee an intense fragrance and a rich aromatic flavour. 

Borgo Rovagnati guarantees great care, artisanship and passion. The animals are fed strictly controlled, high quality food.
