Alto Lazio Ham is a very flavoursome cured ham because it is cured boneless and seasoned with spices. Available in three varieties: whole, completely boned, 7+ for large sizes over 7 kg, reserve, the top of the range cured for approximately 16 months.

The secret to quality cured ham is finding a perfect balance between quality raw material, curing and salting.
