With its soft and melt-in-your-mouth texture, each slice can be recognized by the dense, intense white marbling alternating with the pinkish-red of the lean meat. A product with a unique flavor that combines the delicacy of pancetta bacon with the intense taste of coppa ham. Gluten-free.
